Renovo Endodontic Studio is a privately owned endodontic specialty group serving the Northwest suburbs of Chicago across four purpose-built locations. We are not a DSO. Our practice model is designed by clinicians, for clinicians — you get the business infrastructure and referral strength of a multi-location group without sacrificing the clinical independence you trained for.

Our four locations span Schaumburg, Elgin, Downers Grove, and Loves Park — combining for 5,000+ in total annual treatments and a deeply loyal, established referral base built over years of community partnership.

The Opportunity: Elgin, IL

We are seeking a full-time Endodontist for our Elgin location — one of the highest-volume and fastest-growing practices in our network. The infrastructure is already in place: an active patient base, a robust referral network, a dedicated clinical and administrative support team, and a schedule that respects your time outside the office.

Compensation & Structure

• 45% of collections from Day 1, with a clear path to 50% based on performance
• Annual earning potential of $500,000 – $750,000+ based on current patient volume and ~$7,500 average daily collections
• 1099 independent contractor status — maximize your tax flexibility and take-home earnings

Schedule

• Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends | No after-hours call | No on-call responsibilities.

• Microsurgical Endodontics / Apicoectomy (mentorship available for advanced microsurgery)

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an ADA-accredited Endodontic Residency program
• Active Illinois Dental License with Endodontic Specialty Certificate (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Strong clinical and surgical skills across the full scope of endodontic procedures
• Excellent communication skills with patients and referring dental offices
