Job Summary
As Executive Assistant and DC Office Manager, you will be supporting two executives officing in Washington - our Chief Sustainability Officer and our VP, Global Government Affairs & Public Policy. You will manage the day-to-day functions of our office to ensure flawless operations. You will play an integral role in ensuring the success of our team through effective organization, prioritization, and a hands-on approach.
Job Description
As Executive Assistant and DC Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing an excellent first impression of our company to senior policymakers and staff interacting with the Client
- Managing the flow of information, organizing appointments, and maintaining up-to-date calendars to ensure effective prioritization of tasks
- Coordinating logistics, domestic and international travel arrangements for your team to maximize time, efficiency, and value
- Providing extensive office and administration services and supporting departmental logistics to enable the success of our team
- Assisting with event management and delivering bespoke special projects to support our strategic initiatives
- Preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations to provide exceptional and professional documentation for our function and stakeholders
Skills Required
- Have solid, professional experience providing executive-level support in a fast-paced organization
- Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet, and be able to exercise tact and diplomacy
- Display excellent communication skills, with an ability to engage and interact with senior global leaders
- Show the ability to multitask effectively and balance priorities in an ever-changing, fast-moving, time-sensitive environment
- Demonstrate an excellent aptitude for building productive relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders
- Show expertise within the MS Office suite
- Display a high value for integrity, kindness, and show a sense of humor
- Technical Skills: MS Office Suite, AMEX, Concur
- English-proficient
Education/Training/Certifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Additional Requirements
- Be able to occasionally work early, late or weekend hours for special projects or events
- Work Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay Rate/Salary
- $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
