As a Loan Processor Manager , you’ll have the chance to be a key player in building the foundation of an innovative company. You’ll lead a team of 12 loan processors, optimize operations, and set the standard for success in an evolving industry. Loan Processor Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of 12 loan processors, ensuring their growth and success
  • Oversee day-to-day loan processing operations, creating efficient workflows and ensuring smooth execution
  • Implement innovative solutions to streamline operations and drive productivity in a fast-paced, growing company
  • Collaborate with leadership to align loan processing goals with the company’s ambitious growth strategy
  • Build and nurture a strong team culture, fostering development and motivating employees to exceed expectations
  • Adapt quickly to new challenges, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the table as the company evolves
Loan Processor Manager Requirements:
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in operations, ideally within near prime or subprime lending
  • Proven ability to lead, scale and inspire teams in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
  • Strong understanding of loan processing operations and a track record of improving efficiency
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on developing talent and creating a high-performing team
  • Comfortable in a hybrid work environment (in-office initially, with 1-2 remote days)
