Physical Therapist – Oakbrook Terrace, IL | Day Shift

Position Overview:

• Location: Oakbrook Terrace, IL

• Shift: Day shift

• Schedule: Monday through Friday

• Start Date: ASAP

• Duration: 13-week assignment (with potential extension)

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Physical Therapist license

• At least one year of recent home health experience preferred

• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territory

• Strong communication and time management skills
