**Job Description**
As an Electrical Engineer II, you will be instrumental in advancing our RF technologies and sustaining product development. Your role will encompass hands-on circuit building, debugging, and conducting performance verification testing for MSI products under redesign. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance and ensure compliance with stringent industry standards.
**Qualifications**
+ RF Circuit and Communication: Extensive background in RF circuit design and wireless communication theory essential for driving innovative solutions.
+ Design Expertise: Proficient in designing and understanding PLL, VCO, Receiver, and RF Power Amplifier systems.
+ Analytical Proficiency: Demonstrates sound analytical skills, with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve circuit-related challenges efficiently.
+ Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with RF test equipment, including Network and Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Power Meters, ensuring precise measurement and analysis.
+ Independent and Collaborative Work: Capable of working autonomously while effectively collaborating with other engineering disciplines to achieve project goals.
+ Project Management: Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple concurrent design undertakings, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.
+ Communication Excellence: Skillfully summarizes complex technical concepts and findings, with proficient writing and communication abilities.
**Requirements**
+ Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, laying the foundational knowledge necessary for advanced engineering practices.
+ Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in RF development that showcases a commitment to quality and precision in engineering.
+ Knowledge and proven previous use of RF test equipment for circuit-level testing in a work environment.
**Software Proficiency**
+ Familiarity with LabVIEW
