Available Shift

• 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

Compensation

At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, with a commitment to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated hourly base pay rate for this position is $21.80, + 10% differential. This role is also eligible for S&C’s annual short-term incentive bonus, subject to eligibility criteria.

Join Our Team as a Mold Technician!

In this job you will provide technical support to a variety of molding machine. You will work in a production environment, engage in continuous productive activity, and must meet requirements. Tasks require a high degree of eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity, and the use of both hands and arms on a repetitive basis for a full range of motion. You will frequently use hand and power tools. As a Mold Machine Technician, you’ll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up molds to prepare them for production cycle.
• Perform painting operations on Intelliquote parts and sensors
• Assemble upper and middle sensors
• Understand operation and PM requirements on various machines
• Ability to use UV lighting chamber for identifying bad mix
• Successfully troubleshoot intermediate equipment issues
• Perform sandblasting operations as required
• Ability to start and shut off mold machine following proper sequencing
• Ability to perform vacuum sequence after changing material
• In this job you will be required to participate in a medical surveillance program coordinated by S&C’s health service professionals.
  
  

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• High School/GED diploma required.
• Experience operating and setting up mold machines
• Ability to use basic math and measuring tools
• Ability to work from blueprints, ordinary drawings and specifications.
• Ability to use a variety of hand-held tools and air-impact tools.
  
  

Relevant Experience Required

• At least 1 years of mold machine experience
