The position type available is Part-time, or PRN with the ability to make your own schedule!

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will visit multiple patient’s homes each day and provide them with a full range of personalized, acute care, which may include instruction on chronic disease management and medication, pain management, wound care, IV infusion, and post-operative instruction.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-3 years of acute care nursing experience
Current Illinois license to practice as a RN
Associates degree required, BSN preferred
1 year Home Health experience (preferred)
Current CPR certification
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Electronic charting (Brightree)
