Dental receptionist / admin
We are seeking a high-caliber Experienced Dental Receptionist to serve as the vital first point of contact for our oral surgery and implant center. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating the patient experience, ensuring that every individual receives a warm welcome and professional care from the moment they call or walk through our doors. We are looking for a candidate with at least three years of dental front-desk experience who possesses the organizational mastery to keep a busy specialty practice running smoothly.

Dental receptionist / admin
Job Description Patient Hospitality: Greet and check in patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
Communication Management: Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, addressing inquiries and concerns with a patient-centered approach.
Scheduling Excellence: Coordinate, confirm, and optimize the provider schedules, including rescheduling appointments to maintain practice efficiency.
Financial Coordination: Verify insurance benefits, update billing information, process patient payments, and perform daily cash reconciliation.
Record Integrity: Maintain organized and strictly confidential patient files in accordance with privacy regulations.
Administrative Support: Assist with various office tasks, utilizing dental practice management software to ensure seamless data flow.
part-time $20 - $22 per hour
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule Operating Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
Days Off: Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a specialized dental front-desk role.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional etiquette.
Organizational Skills: Proven ability to multitask and manage complex schedules in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism: A friendly, positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
Specialty Knowledge: Prior experience working in an oral surgery or periodontal practice.
Billing Expertise: Advanced knowledge of dental insurance coding and claims processing.
Adaptability: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire for continuous professional development.
