Our primary goal is to enhance the academic and social success of neurodiverse learners. We pride ourselves on being a professional and agile organization committed to delivering high-quality academic and therapeutic programming that fosters meaningful learning outcomes.

Our Programs:

PreK–8 Academic Program

Grounded in Direct Instruction and Precision Teaching, this program focuses on core academic skills—reading, writing, and mathematics—using explicit, systematic teaching methods that emphasize mastery, fluency, and generalization. Tailored for students with learning disabilities and neurodiverse profiles, this program benefits greatly from structured, data-driven instruction.

2. Clinical ABA Program (Ages 3–13)

Our ABA Program is cognition-linguistically based and emphasizes cognitive skill and social behavior learning within a structured instructional environment. We integrate Applied Behavior Analysis with teaching strategies that support language development, reasoning, executive functioning, and social competence. Instruction is individualized, data-driven, and focused on building foundational skills that support learning, communication, and independence.

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. • Family Engagement: Actively engage with families, providing guidance, resources, and support to help them navigate their child's challenges. Facilitate family therapy sessions as needed to enhance communication and understanding.

  • Monitoring Progress: Regularly monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes. Prepare and present progress reports for interdisciplinary team meetings.

  • Professional Development: Stay informed about best practices in social work, autism spectrum disorders, and related fields. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

  • Advocacy: Advocate for the needs and rights of neurodiverse learners within the school setting and the broader community. Promote awareness and understanding of neurodiversity among staff and families.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

  • Licensure: Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with neurodiverse populations, particularly children with autism spectrum disorders and related challenges.

  • Skills:
