E-Payment Specialist
- Associate degree in a relevant business or financial field.
- Must have five years of experience with financial management systems, preferably Oracle.
- Three years of experience in a high-volume ACH/direct debit and credit card processing environment.
- Understanding of e-payment processing rules, regulations, and industry standards required.
- Ability to reconcile and analyze data to make recommendations for process improvements.
- Self-starter with proven ability to research and resolve issues independently and in a team environment.
- Microsoft Office, advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, functions, and pivot tables), Word, Outlook, and credit card software applications.
- Reviewing and processing lockbox credit card contributions, direct debits, and recurring contribution receipts and recognition transfers from constituent source documentation in a timely and accurate manner to meet monthly and year-end close deadlines.
- Executing bi-weekly and monthly donor uploads to Bank of America and IAT systems.
- Reconciling and analyzing daily and month-end credit card, direct debit, recurring, and recognition transfers.
- Reviewing, researching, and resolving cardholder disputes and chargeback inquiries while referring fraudulent activity to the E-Payment Analyst.
- Responding to inquiries from cardholders, financial institutions, and merchants regarding disputes and chargebacks.
- Providing thorough documentation, including a clear audit trail of actions taken.
- Monitoring and routing Service Cloud Support tickets for contribution and recognition transfer requests.
- Assisting with E-payment analysis when coverage is needed.
