Route Sales Representative
Job description:
We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive vending, coin-op, and POS placements with small businesses within the city and surrounding area. This is a hunter role requiring daily field prospecting, disciplined territory execution, and consistent CRM tracking.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person cold outreach to small businesses daily
- Present passive-revenue vending solutions (no cost to business owner)
- Manage self-generated prospects and assigned lead lists
- Maintain CRM activity logs and follow-up pipeline
Qualifications
- Outside sales or field canvassing experience preferred
- Ability to manage a territory and work independently
- Confident with cold outreach and handling rejection
- Organized, persistent, and coachable
Compensation & Benefits
- $50–60K base salary + uncapped commission
- $1,000 sign-on bonus
- Paid training, health benefits
- Gas/toll/parking reimbursement
- Monday–Friday schedule, no evenings/weekends
- The Operations team handles the installation and servicing of machines
