The Opportunity

We are looking for a top-performing Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and is motivated by performance-based earnings.

This is not an entry-level role. This is an opportunity for someone who:

What You’ll Do

• Own the customer experience from check-in to delivery
• Accurately identify customer concerns and translate them into actionable repair orders
• Present estimates with clarity and confidence, focusing on value—not pressure
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the repair process
• Work closely with technicians to ensure efficiency and maximize billed hours
• Drive revenue through ethical recommendations and service follow-through
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor with strong sales performance
• Track record of hitting or exceeding revenue and KPI targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and workflows without losing attention to detail
• Strong understanding of automotive systems (European experience highly preferred)
• Comfortable using shop management systems and digital inspection tools
