Mold Setup & Automation Technician — Injection Molding

Foreman Tool and Mold is expanding and seeking experienced Process Technicians and Set Up Technicians to support production of automotive and switch components.

- Competitive pay: $28–$34/hr depending on experience.
What you’ll do
- Perform mold setups and bring presses to stable process conditions.
- Program robots and execute start-ups for repeatable, high-quality cycles.
- Apply strong mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Use blueprint reading to verify specifications and tooling details.
What you bring
- Reliable work habits and focus on safety and quality.
- Prior injection molding experience is required.
- Mechanical troubleshooting ability and blueprint literacy.
Schedule details
- We operate Monday–Friday.
- 2nd shift: 2:15 pm – 10:45 pm.
