Our client in the CGP space is looking for a Freelance Motion Graphics

Designer/Editor to join their team.

This role is Hybrid, onsite once a month and available to go on location

for shoots in the Chicagoland and Milwaukee surrounding area.

This is an exciting role for a Motion Graphics Designer/Editor to join a

fast growing team on ad hock freelance video projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging motion graphics and videos that align with brand identity and marketing objectives within the CPG space.

Requirements of the Motion Graphics Designer/Editor :\

-5 years of experience in motion design and editing with bachelor\'s degree in graphic design, film production, or a related field\ -Strong reel showcasing high quality video content and motions graphics, including social content examples\ -Proven experience as a Motion Designer/Editor, preferably in a consumer-packaged goods or related industry\ -Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)\ -Strong understanding of video production processes, including shooting, editing, sound and post-production techniques (execution here not required).\ -Excellent creative and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics\ -Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment\ -Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively

Responsibilities of the Motion Graphics Designer/Editor:\

-Developing, producing and editing compelling motion graphics, animations, and videos for various marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and digital channels\ -Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and storyboard visual concepts that effectively communicate our brand message and product features\ -Editing and enhancing raw footage to create polished and professional videos that resonate with our target audience\ -Staying up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies (including AI) to continuously improve the quality and impact of our motion graphics and video content\ -Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of creativity and production quality\ -Ensuring brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all motion graphics and video projects\ -Efficiently versioning out content in multiple aspect ratios and formats\ -Attending and supporting on live production shoots as required
