Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures according to protocols and physician requirements
• Assist surgical teams during operations by managing instruments, supplies, and patient monitoring
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining sterile environments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize surgical outcomes and patient care
• Document nursing care and procedures accurately and timely
• Comply with all regulatory and institutional policies

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Proven experience in Operating Room nursing with strong clinical skills
• Ability to respond swiftly and competently in emergency situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and quality care
