Bill's Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping Inc. is a leading provider of landscaping and lawn maintenance services in the Frankfort area. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Landscaping Enhancement Crew Member. This is a full-time position, with a starting salary of $16.00-$18.00 per hour (depending on experience).
Responsibilities:
- Assist the landscaping enhancement crew with a variety of landscaping tasks, such as planting trees and shrubs, installing sod, and building retaining walls.
- Operate landscaping equipment and tools, such as shovels, wheelbarrows, and power saws.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols, including wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with the crew and the supervisor to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- No experience required, but some experience in landscaping or a related field is a plus.
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable and responsible, with good time management skills.
- A driver's license is a plus, but not required.
