Job Title: Project Manager / Estimator / Sales
**This is a full-time permanent direct placement opportunity.Company Overview:
Our client is a small contractor/subcontractor specializing in pre-engineered metal buildings. With extensive experience in hundreds of projects across Chicagoland and the surrounding areas, they focus on providing quality solutions in the metal building sector. We are seeking a dedicated candidate to join our client's team as a direct placement and contribute to their ongoing success.
- The estimated pay range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 based on experience.
- Prepare project proposals based on provided drawings and specifications.
- Manage project submittals, onsite project management, and coordination with other trades.
- Conduct site meetings and develop project schedules.
- Oversee procurement and delivery of materials to job sites as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and attention to detail in all task execution.
- 5+ years of experience in pre-engineered metal buildings, either with a manufacturer or a contractor.
- Strong construction management knowledge and general construction knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and One Drive; familiarity with Blue Beam, Microsoft Teams, and Sketch-Up is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong problem-solving ability.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs in a job site environment and manage short on-site responsibilities when needed.
