Together, we can continue to provide exceptional care to our community. We are seeking a full-time nightshift Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and dedicated professional who provides the highest quality of care to our patients. You will be responsible for patient assessment, treatment and education, ensuring their well-being and facilitating their recovery. Description of Duties: Monitor patient's condition and asses their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physician Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure, injections, etc. and fill in patient's chart Adjust and administer medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders. Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds, etc.) Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families. Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational opportunities and maintaining required competencies. Your Skills Effective Communication Proven experience as an RN Willingness to contribute to a positive working climate Passion for helping others Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures Excellent knowledge of emergency care Team player Education Requirements Current Illinois RN License, Required ACLS required PALS required BLS required Shift Differential Evening and night shifts are eligible for shift differential. Additional differential on weekend shifts. Salary & Benefits: Salary: The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position.
