Narwhal’s Crafted is getting ready to open its very first Illinois spot, and we’re building an upbeat, guest-obsessed team of Nartenders. If you enjoy great drinks, great people, and great vibes, this role is for you.

As a Nartender, you’ll be one of the friendly faces greeting guests, preparing our signature frozen cocktails, and keeping the bar area flowing smoothly.

Your Day-to-Day

• Create a welcoming, fun experience for every guest who walks in.

• Prepare and serve Narwhal’s handcrafted frozen cocktails and specialty beverages.

• Add consistent, eye-catching garnishes to each drink.

• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift.

• Work alongside the team to maintain fast and smooth service.

• Use our POS system accurately and handle cash responsibly.

• Be ready to work evenings, weekends, and busy peak-time shifts.

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing, friendly, and genuinely guest-focused.

• Able to juggle multiple tasks while staying detail-oriented.

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Previous restaurant or bar experience is a plus.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• ServSafe Alcohol certification (we’ll cover the cost).

Role Details

• Full participation in tip pool

• Part-time or full-time opportunities

• Requires availability for nights, weekends, and select holidays

• Flexible scheduling while supporting peak service times

Physical Expectations

• Standing & walking: Consistent

• Bending/crouching: Frequent

• Lifting: Occasionally up to 50 lbs

• Climbing stairs: Occasional

• Hearing & communication: Constant

• Sitting: Rare
