• Hourly Pay based on experience: $26-$32

Position Tasks & Activities:

• Coordinate with the Dispatcher on delivery and pick up schedules and monitor manpower requirements.

• Schedule daily delegation of warehouse workload.

• Maintain inventory control of 7200 sq ft party rental warehouse.

• Supervise duties and activities of the 3 warehouse staff and 5 delivery personnel.

• Observe day-to-day operations and special projects. Assist staff with various problems throughout the day.

• Assist sales staff when complaints and emergencies arise by investigating and solving the problem.

• Supervise daily loading/ unloading, cleaning, and repair of equipment.

• Train staff on the proper loading and unloading procedures. See that the procedures are being followed.

• Train staff on the proper cleaning procedures and oversee follow-through.

• Train staff on the “Ready to Rent” procedures and oversee proper usage.

• Regularly communicates with the sales staff for details and last minute changes on large events.

• Develop cleaning & maintenance schedules with department managers.

• Schedule daily delegation of warehouse workload.

• Trains new hires.

• Will deliver equipment when necessary.

• Oversee and assist operation department:

1. Delegate duties.

2. Review staffing needs.

3. Hire and fire staff.

4. Evaluate staff for performance purposes.

5. Identify advancement opportunities and communicate such to Director of Operations.

6. Enforce company policies and procedures.

• Must have thorough knowledge of equipment loading to reduce breakage and to make the unloading at the customer’s sight easier.

• Know specifics and applications of rental inventory, so you can answer questions upon delivery.

• Upholds the quality control standards of the company.

• Oversee all equipment is wrapped and packaged per company policy.

• Oversee restocking of all equipment and cleaning supplies.

• Supervise the proper placement of returned equipment, delivery and in-store, for inspection.

Requirements:

Forklift certified preferred

Valid driver's license

3-5 years of warehouse management experience
