Cannabis Production Associate

• Attend pre-shift meetings with the Cook Lead to review daily responsibilities
• Accurately measure and prepare ingredients according to compound sheets
• Label all containers with the product name and batch number
• Cook and deposit gummies according to company standards
• Clean cooking equipment and workstations (cookers, depositors, cook stations) once cook is complete
• Complete all required cooking paperwork by end of day (EOD)
• Weigh and label any waste, take a photo, and report to the Ma Production Slack channel
• Calibrate scales at least once per shift (more often if needed)
• Maintain active communication with team during cooking process using standard cues (e.g., “Heard”)

• Assist in demolding gummies and processing with sugar coating
• Support all packaging tasks: hand-bagging gummies, sealing bags, applying stickers, and performing quality checks
• Bundle bags in sets of five using twist ties
• Box bundles (10 bundles per box, 5 bags per bundle)
• Assist in packaging processes for both gummies and vape products
• Support vape production processes, including filling as needed

• Sweep, mop, and perform general cleaning tasks as directed by management
• Record sugar/floor waste, take photos, and report via Slack
• Report any issues or abnormalities to management promptly
• Be flexible and ready to assist across departments—our team works as one to deliver the best, safest, and most consistent gummies on the market

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid ID and Illinois residency required
• Must be able to obtain, and maintain, state badging requirements in order to work in in cannabis industry (requires background check and state review)
• Previous experience in a production facility, kitchen, or manufacturing environment preferred
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (e.g., food production, assembly line, or cooking)
• Basic computer skills (email, word processing, etc.)

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently
• Compliance with PPE requirements: hair net, gloves, and apron must be worn when applicable
• Non-slip shoes required on the production floor when applicable
