Overview

We are looking for competitive, tech-savvy, and coachable individuals to join our fast-paced Chicago sales team. If you are a fast learner, see "criticism" as "coaching," and are driven to be a top performer, we will give you the tools to build an $80k+ sales career.

This is a sales role for "closers"—people who are organized, driven, and not afraid to ask for the sale. We have a comprehensive, paid training program; you just need to bring the drive.

The Role & Schedule

This is a full-time, in-office role where you will work with a collaborative team.

• Shifts: Consistent, 8-hour day shifts (staggered between 7 AM - 7 PM).
• Schedule: This position operates on a rotating schedule that you will receive 1 month in advance.
• Weekend Requirement: Availability to work two weekends per month is a required part of the role.

Compensation & Training

We invest in our team from Day 1 and provide a clear path to high earnings.

• First 3 Months: Start with a comprehensive, paid training program at a rate of ~$23/hour . During this training, you will be provided with initial leads to learn the sales process and begin building your pipeline.
• After 3 Months: Your earning potential is in your control. You will move to a $20/hour base + 3% uncapped commission as you begin to work your full volume of leads. (Our top closers earn $80k+).
