Key Responsibilities
- Greeting guests promptly and warmly to make them feel welcome.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and entering them into the POS system.
- Delivering food and drinks quickly while ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Anticipating guest needs and providing attentive, friendly service.
- Upselling menu items, specials, and signature pizzas or pastas.
- Handling payments and processing transactions accurately.
- Working closely with bussers, hosts, and kitchen staff to keep service flowing.
- Maintaining a clean, organized section and assisting with side work.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude.
- Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
- Previous serving experience preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Illinois.
