Job Description
The APEX Manager, Field Tools & Analytics (Psych & Migraine) is responsible for managing the field tools that support the Psych and Migraine sales organizations — including iRep, Sypher, CURO, GenAIsys, and the IC Universe Dashboard. The individual will partner with Sales leadership, APEX Center function, Technology, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve production issues, deliver enhancements, and maintain consistent, well-governed reporting and analytics capabilities that enable the Psych and Migraine field forces to operate effectively.
Responsibilities:
Managing field tools across Psych and Migraine franchises — iRep, Sypher, CURO, GenAIsys, IC Universe Dashboard:
- Resolving production issues through data investigation.
- New functionality launch & Enhancements.
- Gathering requirements for enhancement.
- User Acceptance Testing - UAT
- Enhancement Training/Communication
- New hire training
- Creating/Updating user guides and training materials.
- Coordinate Tools Ops activities.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for development partners and vendors and help shape practical technology and data solutions.
- Collaborate with Center function/Technology team to deliver reporting tools, dashboard enhancements, based on business needs.
- Own the KPI library, including governance of definitions, business rules, and data sources to ensure consistency and usability across the organization.
- Support reporting and analytics requests from internal customers, providing responsive issue resolution and guidance on data interpretation and tool usage.
- Monitor project milestones, dependencies, follow-ups, and deliverables to ensure commitments are met, and expectations are managed.
- Identify opportunities to improve dashboards, reporting capabilities, and tools through innovative ideas and process enhancements.
Qualifications
- BA/BS/Business degree is required.
- 5+ years of experience in areas relevant to the function, such as: Sales Incentives, Marketing Sales Operations, Finance, Customer Service, or Life Sciences, or Information Technology.
- 2-3 years of APEX/MABI or Data Science experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office & coding experience preferred (i.e., SAS, SQL, R, Python).
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of how to effectively leverage agentic AI to accelerate processes, analytics, etc.
- Results-oriented with exceptional process, project, and prioritization skills.
- Confidence and experience in providing subject matter expertise, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership, Sales Leadership, and other high-level contacts.
- Ability to thrive in a team and cross-functional environment.
- Ability to develop and execute innovative, creative solutions.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, compliance regulations and standards preferred.
- Experience working directly with pharmaceutical sales data sources.
- Understanding of field sales activities, roles, and behaviors preferred.
- Ability to develop and deliver training and communications.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding agreed upon timelines.
- Skilled in collaborating and influencing without authority in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
