Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A clinical pharmacist position is available for a 13-week contract beginning mid-June. This role supports inpatient services with a primary focus on overnight shifts to maintain excellent pharmaceutical care during critical hours.

Location:

• Hospital main campus in Naperville, IL

Schedule:

• Overnight shifts
• Four 10-hour shifts per week, from 9:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and check medications accurately to ensure patient safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians in daily workflows
• Validate and prepare intravenous medications to meet prescribed standards
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to facilitate seamless inpatient pharmaceutical services

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year recent inpatient pharmacy experience
• Proficiency in using EPIC EMR system
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently during overnight hours
