Overview:

Marathon Pipe Line (MPL) is seeking a dedicated Construction & Maintenance (C&M) Supervisor to lead a team of four skilled hourly technicians based out of our Evanston, WY C&M Shop. This hands-on leadership role responsible for directing the day-to-day activities of the Mt. West C&M Crew, ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient execution of construction and maintenance activities across Marathon facilities and right-of-way operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership: Provide daily direction and support to technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous growth.

Project Execution: Oversee diverse C&M tasks including pipeline excavation and repair, and piping fabrication at Marathon facilities.

Operational Oversight: Manage crew scheduling, participate in project reviews, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company procedures.

Partner & Asset Stewardship: Collaborate with local operations and project leaders to identify and complete C&M work while safeguarding MPL assets along the right-of-way..

Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and proactively manage risk to prevent incidents.

Financial Stewardship: Maintain oversight of the Mt. West Crew's O&GE and project budget.

Emergency Response: Respond to stop-help-starts and other pipeline emergencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree: ? Bachelors preferred, but not required.

• Years Experience : ? 3-5 years Pipeline Engineering or Construction Specialist experience, or 5+ years of C&M or Pipeline Operations experience preferred.

Requirements:

• Driving is an essential function of the job and a Valid driver's License is required.

• HS Diploma or GED is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma or GED required. - Five (5) years pipeline engineering or Construction Specialist experience, or five (5) years of C&M experience.
