Key Responsibilities
- Menu Planning: Create and execute innovative sushi menus that delight our customers.
- Food Preparation: Ensure high-quality food preparation techniques and presentation standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Supervision: Oversee kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation and Japanese cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
