About Healthy All Time Nutrition

Healthy All Time Nutrition is a growing outpatient nutrition clinic serving Bridgeview and the greater Chicago area. We are an in-person specialized nutrition clinic where the entire clinical team consists of Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs), ensuring expert, focused care in Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT).

We primarily operate through insurance-based services , and most patients (approximately 99% pay $0 out-of-pocket ) depending on their insurance plan.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join our growing team.

✔ W2 Position (Part-Time or Full-Time)
✔ Hourly Pay: $35/hour (NOT per patient)

Key Responsibilities

Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for patients with conditions including:

• Diabetes
• Hypertension
• Cardiovascular Disease
• Weight Management
• Gastrointestinal Disorders
• Preventive Nutrition Care

Additional responsibilities:

• Provide individualized nutrition counseling and meal planning
• Conduct telehealth and/or in-person consultations
• Educate patients (English required, Spanish preferred)
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR (Practice Better)
• Follow HIPAA and Illinois documentation standards

Required Qualifications

✔ Active Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
✔ Active Illinois Dietitian License
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
✔ Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
✔ Fluent in English
✔ Comfortable providing telehealth visits

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking ( preferred)
• Experience in outpatient or insurance-based nutrition practice
• Strong motivational interviewing skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
