• Collaborate on customer maintenance and repair agendas for seaming gear.
• Spearhead material qualification and troubleshoot field challenges.
• Craft comprehensive seaming protocols and customer qualification plans.
• Conduct thorough equipment audits and propose enhancements.
• Lead the overhaul of double seam machines for peak efficiency.
• Develop preemptive maintenance strategies to boost productivity.
• Mentor and oversee maintenance teams in operational best practices.
• Engage with key clientele to nurture and uphold relationships.
• Document and deliver technical reports and assessments routinely.
• Oversee engineering projects aligning with budgetary confines.
• Continually refine expertise in tooling and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, relevant trade schooling, or a minimum of five years' work experience.
• Exceptional mechanical problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the double seam evaluation and resolution.
• Confirmation of strong communication across management levels.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; basic AutoCAD familiarity is valued.
• Ready to travel extensively, up to 50% of the time.
• Safe lifting capability of up to 25 lbs.
