Machine Operator Making Conveyor Belts
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Lincolnwood, IL, 60712. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery that manufactures conveyor belts, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery used in the production of conveyor belts.
- Fabricating conveyor belts by melting and bonding the rubber
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Good using hand tools and factory equipment
- Technical training in machinery operation is a plus.
- Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
