Role snapshot
- Lead the QMS for aerospace machined components.
- Oversee inspection, testing, and quality assurance across the shop floor.
- Drive effective corrective and preventive actions following structured root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and diverse customer requirements.
- Plan and execute internal audits; host customer and regulatory audits.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop talent and nurture a quality-first culture.
What you bring
- BS in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing quality leadership.
- Background in aerospace machining or highly regulated manufacturing preferred.
- Expertise in quality systems, auditing, RCA, and CI methodologies.
- Track record working closely with production and engineering teams.
