Roofing Project Supervisor (Residential Exteriors)

We're looking for a Roofing Project Supervisor to take ownership of residential projects from install to completion. If you've been in the field and want more responsibility (and better pay), this is the next step.
What You'll Do- Oversee roofing installs and exterior projects
- Manage subcontractors and crews onsite
- Handle job walkthroughs and final inspections
- Ensure quality, safety, and timeline execution
- Work directly with homeowners when needed
✔ Up to $85K salary + $12K bonus potential
✔ $3K sign-on bonus (paid over first 120 days)
✔ Consistent, local work (no long travel)
✔ Growth path into Production Leadership
- Roofing or exterior remodeling experience REQUIRED
- Leadership or crew oversight experience preferred
- Comfortable on roofs and job sites daily
