Facilities / Maintenance Worker
Facilities & Maintenance – Restaurant Property
We are seeking a dependable Facilities & Maintenance worker to oversee the upkeep of our restaurant property. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining the building, landscaping, and general facility needs to ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee general maintenance and repairs of the restaurant facility
- Manage landscaping, exterior upkeep, and seasonal property needs
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed
- Assist with general labor, repairs, and improvement projects
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in general maintenance or facility management
- Comfortable with basic repairs, landscaping, and upkeep
- Organized, dependable, and proactive
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks
