About The Role

Trustmark is looking for an Associate Director, Digital Marketing, to join the team.

Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the website, optimizing SEO, and improving content to generate and convert leads. Owns website improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and drive customer engagement. Monitors and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve the website's visibility and organic search rankings, optimizing website content to attract and engage target audiences, and implementing a comprehensive lead generation strategy. Analyzes website and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, generating regular reports, and presenting findings to senior leadership.

Key Accountabilities

Lead Generation and Content Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to generate and convert leads. This includes:

  • Creating an editorial calendar to plan and organize content creation and distribution.
  • Creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing, to generate leads.
  • Setting email marketing and social media strategies to reach and engage target audiences.
  • Optimizing web content through blogs and landing pages to drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Implementing SEO best practices in content creation to improve organic search visibility.
  • Utilize analytics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion rates to assess the success of content initiatives.
  • Conducting market research and audience analysis to identify target segments and their needs.
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance to optimize lead generation efforts and improve conversion rates.


Customer Portal Maintenance And Optimization

  • Maintain and optimize customer portals to ensure a seamless user experience. This includes:
  • Regularly updating and organizing portal content to provide relevant and up-to-date information.
  • Implementing user-friendly features and functionalities to enhance portal usability.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer portal issues and improve user satisfaction.
  • Analyzing user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for portal optimization.


Technical Glitch Resolution with UX Team

Work with the UX team to identify and resolve technical glitches affecting the website and customer portals. This includes:

  • Collaborating with UX designers and developers to troubleshoot and fix technical issues promptly.
  • Conducting thorough testing to ensure the integrity and functionality of the website and portals.
  • Providing feedback and recommendations for improving the user experience and resolving technical challenges.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in (digital) marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 5-8 years in digital marketing.
  • Highly skilled in SEO. Lead generation and campaign optimization.
  • Analytic and reporting skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with social media platform, campaign strategy and blogging.
  • Health Insurance marketing experience. Strong business acumen to drive digital strategies B2B & B2C.
  • Complex problem-solving critical thinking and analytics.
  • Familiarity w/compliance with WCAG 2.0 AA regulations.
  • Agile Project Management experience, including working as product owner, developing user stories, and working through backlogs.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Collaboration Skills with interdepartmental stakeholders and problem solving.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • Self-directed / fast pace.
  • Microsoft Office/Teams.


Preferred

  • Website administration proficiency in Kentico CMS (or like platform)
  • Skilled with digital marketing and email automation to enhance marketing execution.


The compensation range for this role is (based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois):

$79,292.00 - $114,533.00 per year

The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus. We understand that compensation is an important factor when considering a new opportunity, and we strive to provide a competitive salary within the market.
