Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Naperville, IL
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity that guarantees weekly home time and minimal physical labor? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the Midwest with excellent equipment and competitive pay. Enjoy the freedom of over-the-road driving while keeping a consistent schedule that allows you to return home every week.
Home Time:
- Be home every week for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are structured to provide steady miles while letting you maintain time for family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
- You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided there is safe parking available.
No Touch Freight:
- Enjoy 95% no-touch freight and 85% drop and hook operations, allowing you to focus on driving with minimal physical work required.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings range from $1,200 to $1,600 per week based on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area:
- Routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
