Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sewer & Drain Technician to join our growing team, with the opportunity to advance into a Lining Technician role. This position focuses on residential sewer and drain work, including diagnosing issues, clearing lines, and working directly with homeowners to provide effective solutions. While prior lining experience is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate who has strong hands-on experience in sewer and drain service.

Key Responsibilities

 • Perform residential sewer and drain cleaning, including clearing main lines and branch lines through cleanouts

 • Diagnose blockages, backups, and pipe issues using proper tools and equipment

 • Work with residential sewer systems and underground drain lines

 • Conduct sewer camera inspections when needed to identify problems

 • Explain findings and recommend repair or replacement solutions to homeowners

 • Maintain equipment and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently

 • Provide professional, high-quality customer service in every home

 • Support opportunities to upsell repairs, replacements, or lining solutions when appropriate

 • Train and grow into a Sewer Lining Technician role (if not already experienced)

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in residential sewer and drain work

 • Strong experience working with residential sewer lines, drain systems, and cleanouts

 • Ability to diagnose and clear sewer/drain blockages independently

 • Lining experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right candidate

 • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

 • Strong communication and customer service skills

 • Reliable, hardworking, and motivated to grow within the company
