VP Finance and Accounting (Remote)

Accountabilities

• Lead long-term financial strategy and planning
• Own multi-year financial models and capital allocation strategy
• Translate organizational vision into actionable financial targets
• Partner with executive team on strategic decisions

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting with focus on business drivers
• Manage accounting operations and compliance

Requirements

• Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
• Experience in managing finance for growth-stage organizations preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations (GAAP)
• Mastery of financial and accounting software, especially Microsoft Excel
• Proven leadership abilities and excellent organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large data sets
• Exceptional communication skills and professionalism
• Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information
• Proficiency in team building and mentoring
