Server - FOH
Muhājir is seeking a polished, hospitality-driven fine dining server to join our front-of-house team in Chicago. We're building a team rooted in genuine warmth, precision, and elevated service. We are redefining what Americana food is.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in fine dining, a deep appreciation for food and beverage and a natural ability to create meaningful guest connections. You understand that great service is both intuitive and exacting. What You'll Do:- Deliver refined, detail-oriented service in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
- Guide guests through the menu with confidence, including food, wine and cocktail pairings.
- Anticipate guest needs and create a seamless, memorable dining experience
- Maintain a polished, professional presence on the floor at all times
- Collaborate closely with the team to uphold service standards and workflow.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
- Strong knowledge of contemporary cuisine and beverage programs
- Excellent communication and emotional intelligence
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Ability to thrive in a team-driven, high expectation environment
- Experience with Toast POS is a plus
Compensation:
Hourly + tips (strong earning potential)
