Client Care Representative

Join a well-established manufacturing organization in Glenview, IL , as a Client Care Representative . This position plays a key role in supporting production flow, maintaining strong communication with customers, and ensuring seamless coordination across scheduling, logistics, and order management.

Location: Glenview, IL
Schedule: Monday through Friday, onsite
Pay Rate: $20.00–$23.00 per hour

Duties:

• Enter and manage customer orders using the Odyssey System.

• Communicate with customers via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses.

• Coordinate with internal planning systems to support production scheduling and logistics needs.

• Review the master production schedule and customer requirements to help set production priorities with the Team Leader.

• Assist the Value Stream Facilitator in managing customer inquiries and coordinating deliveries.

• Support logistics and inventory functions, including data entry, Kanban management, and labeling.

• Participate in Lean Manufacturing training and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience with ERP or enterprise systems.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Background in manufacturing, die-casting, or a production support environment preferred.

• Experience or interest in Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment, work independently, and maintain attention to detail.

• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

• Ability to visit customers or vendors within the U.S. as needed.
