Spa Front Desk Coordinator

Allyu Spa is interviewing to hire a Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator.

• This department is an integral part of our community, with opportunities to learn and grow within the spa and beyond. We currently have a part time position - 3 to 4 shifts per week - available.
• At least one-weekend shift per week is required.
• Compensation starts at $18/hr + service and retail spa credit monthly.

Job Details:

• Properly open and close the spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Accurately book, change, and cancel spa appointments.
• Greet guests and guide them through their experience with us.
• Develop the ability to work without constant direct supervision.

• Prior customer service experience, scheduling with Meevo, and/or spa experience are a strong plus!
