Digital Experience Designer
LaSalle Network has partnered with a digital ad agency here in Chicago. They are looking to hire a contract Digital Experience Designer .
As a Digital Experience Designer , you will define and design digital experiences including websites and apps, including defining the foundational user experience (UX) and the user interface (UI) design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives and brand values into compelling digital experiences that resonate with clients and their audiences. Digital Experience Designer ResponsibilitiesUX Strategy & Architecture: Design end-to-end user flows, intuitive navigation models, and application-wide information architecture to optimize onboarding and engagement.
Prototyping & Validation: Create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize functional behaviors and validate product decisions with stakeholders.
Visual & UI Design: Produce production-ready, responsive UI screens using modular components and design tokens, ensuring high standards for visual hierarchy and usability.
Design System Management: Build and maintain a scalable design system (WCAG 2.1+ compliant) to ensure cross-product consistency and accelerate development cycles.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and QA teams throughout the sprint cycle to ensure seamless implementation and design integrity.
Developer Handoff: Prepare detailed design specifications, annotated workflows, and organized assets in Figma to facilitate accurate and efficient development.
- 2+ years experience in digital experience design role
- Deep experience with Figma and other experience design tools
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite
- Degree in design or agency experience as a designer preferred
- Employment Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: Jan 2026-April 2026
- Hourly Pay Rate: Up to $60.00/hr
- Location: Chicago
