Process Engineer

What you´ll do

• Evaluate and enhance existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall productivity.
• Solve short- and long-term process issues through solid root cause analysis and implement solutions.
• Investigate and address any technical issues or deviations in the production process to maintain smooth operations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, including standard operating procedures and technical specifications.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to implement identified improvements.
• Develop and implement process engineering and process safety guidelines tools and procedures.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferable in the chemical industry.
• Problem-solving skills to assess and improve manufacturing processes.
• Ability to manage projects effectively, from conception to implementation, while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and convey complex technical information.
• Familiarity with OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) preferred.

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
