LaSalle Network is partnering with a well-established, fast-paced company in the automotive and trucking industry to hire a Billing Administrator. If you have a strong background in dealership billing and thrive in an environment where accuracy and organization are key, this is your chance to take on a high-impact, back-office role that supports multiple dealership locations.

As a Billing Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing invoicing, title documentation, and tax-related paperwork—ensuring every transaction is processed efficiently and complies with audit and regulatory standards.

Billing Administrator Responsibilities:

• Generate accurate invoices for new and used truck sales across multiple locations

• Process title and registration paperwork, warranty documentation, and tax forms

• Maintain complete and audit-ready records for all vehicle sales

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all deal paperwork is finalized correctly and on time

• Organize daily workflow and take initiative on special projects as assigned

Billing Administrator Requirements:

• 3+ years of billing/accounting experience in a dealership or similar environment

• The role will be fully on-site in Elmhurst, IL

• Strong Excel skills and comfort with back-office systems

• Detail-focused, deadline-driven, and communicative
