Sr. Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities to ensure successful delivery within established cost, schedule, and quality parameters
• Facilitate project meetings with design, construction, and commissioning partners
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and cash flow management
• Conduct feasibility studies to support project planning and execution
• Manage on-site activities for data center construction projects
• Collaborate with power and fiber providers to ensure infrastructure readiness
• Prepare and deliver executive-level project reports
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring the integrity of critical infrastructure
• Work closely with internal operations teams to align project objectives
• Support business development initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and CAD/Visio required
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Energetic self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel frequently if not local to project sites
• Experience in the construction industry preferred
• Experience with data center projects preferred
