I opened my agency in 1997 and bring over 35 years of insurance experience to the table. Over the years, Ive built an office focused on stability, relationships, and creating a workplace where people can build long-term careers. Ive been married for 29 years and have three kids. Outside of the office, I enjoy hiking, fishing, traveling, and spending time outdoors. We even have a pet-friendly office, which adds to the welcoming and comfortable atmosphere weve created. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
