Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a General Maintenance Worker :

• Perform lawn care duties including mowing, edging, trimming, and basic landscaping
• Assist with property clean-up, including debris removal, power washing, and upkeep of common areas
• Perform painting tasks (both interior and exterior) including prep, taping, and touch-ups
• Carry out grounds maintenance including snow removal (seasonal), raking, and weeding
• Use basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, hammers) and light power tools as needed
• Assist with minor repairs to mechanical, plumbing, or electrical systems
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow safety procedures at all times
• Respond to maintenance requests or emergencies as assigned

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening)

Job requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in maintenance, landscaping, or facilities preferred
• Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Strong working knowledge of basic hand tools and maintenance equipment
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Good communication and time management skills
• Reliable transportation and a strong attendance history are required
• Background check and drug screening required
