As the ServiceNow HRSD Product Manager, you will lead the support the People Experience team with early intake or experience design for the ServiceNow HR service delivery build out, with a focus onboarding and employee journey transformation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define the "what" of the solution-personas, journeys, features, and user stories-while partnering with technical teams to bring those experiences to life in ServiceNow.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $75 - $82 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:

Own and manage the intake process for HRSD initiatives, including persona definition, journey mapping, and documentation of functional requirements.

Translate business needs into user stories and operational mechanisms that guide configuration and development.

Collaborate with stakeholders and users to design workflows, dashboards, and reports in ServiceNow HRSD.

Partner with the systems integrator, engineering teams, integrations teams and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of workflows and integrations.

Define and refine onboarding journeys (e.g., role-based journeys such as an Executive, a contractor, a domain SME) across Workday and ServiceNow, ensuring a personalized and intuitive experience.

Support integration planning and coordination with the systems integrator and internal stakeholders.

Contribute to process design and occasionally support light configuration or scripting in ServiceNow.
Experience Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Manager with ServiceNow HRSD
-
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, especially onboarding.

Skilled in journey mapping, persona development, and translating functional needs into technical execution.

Familiarity with ServiceNow workflow design and Workday integration points.

Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams.
