Batch Mixer - North Aurora, IL

Schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–4:30PM

Pay: $22–$25/hr (based on experience)

Step into a hands‑on production role with real advancement potential. We’re hiring a Batch Mixer / Operations Technician to support daily manufacturing of sweet flavor products in a clean, temperature‑controlled facility. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with ingredients, following precise processes, and wants to grow into a lead role within about 6 months based on performance.

• Mix and compound liquid and powder batches used in sweet flavor products
• Accurately weigh, measure, and stage raw materials
• Operate, clean, and sanitize production equipment following safety and quality standards
• Use a tablet to scan materials and complete digital production documentation
• Follow all GMP, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized work area

• Previous manufacturing experience (food, pharmaceutical, flavoring, or similar preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when measuring ingredients
• Ability to read and write in English
• Understanding of basic manufacturing processes
• Interest in growing into a lead‑type role

• OSHA 10 certification
• PCQI certification

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Aurora, IL.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in North Aurora,IL.
