LaSalle Network is hiring a B2B Credit/Collections professional for a growing organization in Wheeling, Illinois . This hybrid, contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized and comfortable managing multiple customer accounts. If you enjoy maintaining accurate financial records, following up on payments and partnering with internal teams, this B2B Credit/Collections role offers strong long-term potential.
What’s the job?
Manage day-to-day B2B credit and collections processes
Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time
Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts
Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due balances
Communicate with customers regarding payment status and discrepancies
Research and resolve billing, credit and short-pay issues
Maintain organized documentation and AR records
Partner with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy
What’s needed?
Prior experience in B2B credit, collections or accounts receivable
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with accounting systems and Excel
Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Wheeling, IL
