**Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:**
$23.00 - $25.50 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

- Providing advanced administrative support to the Global Security leadership team, including the VP.
- Monitoring and prioritizing emails, highlighting actions, and routinely authoring responses.
- Coordinating and maintaining departmental files in compliance with corporate and legal guidelines.
**This job might be an outstanding fit if you:**
- Have a minimum of an **Associate Degree** in Office Administration or equivalent.(required)
- Are technically proficient with **Microsoft Office, SAP/Concur** , and other relevant systems. (required)
- Possess strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills across all levels.
